At Honeybloom, we want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: 

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Certain beauty and personal care items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume. Honeybloom is not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.
